Lack of commitment!
I'm sorry I haven't been posting these past couple of weeks (not that many people read my window), it's just that I've been distracted with Skateboarding and trying to film some more footage for the Skate movie that me, my brother and my friend and making. The finished movie will be put onto DVD (which I am doing the cover design for), so if anyone wants a copy then just let me know! I have also been learning how to make 3D models on the computer using software called 'Sketchup'. The program itself is quite basic in comparison to some of the other, more professional 3D modelling software, however, I feel I have this program down to a fine art now. It started out just making houses and other stand-alone buildings:

Then it hit me! I had designed a map of an Island about a month previous and a lot of people on GTA Warehouse forums were saying that it would be cool if it were made into a 3D model. So I decided to make my island just as I had seen it in my head as I drew the original map in pencil onto a sheet of plain A4 paper.
I named it GTA: NORTH SHIELDS
I drew this map originally in pencil, then scanned it and coloured it on my computer. I used this map as the template for the 3D model. It took me about a month to complete. I will post the pics of it's progress and completion in the next post because i seem to have problems with hosting pics...

I'm falling behind...
Lately, these past few months (since i've lost my job) I have noticed everyone around me getting further in life, and I seem to be stuck in the same routine, like groundhog day, or something. The only thing that really seperates my days is what's on T.V, or how stoned I am...
I look for work nearly everyday, but there seems to be a lack of office work where I live. I can't go out any further because i can't afford it, and when I do get an office job, I know in my heart it's not what I want to do. I feel as though I have no control and that everything I want to do is just pulled away from me gradually as time passes. I don't know what I will do, but I'm sure something will turn up. I mean, once I get a job all I need to do is save up some money and go to London (or Manchester) with some of my ideas and see if anyone wants to hire me...
T.V is my future... I can see it... but it seems to be further and further away everyday.
