This is unrecognised... and rightly so.

I expect no one to read this. Nor do i expect anyone to care, if they are.

My name is Adam, and I was born the same year Andy Kaufman died. Even though I was never officially alive when he was, I feel a connection with his ideas. I am currently working in a boring office job, on boring hours and low wages. I need a creative outburst or something, and i'm hoping that someone out there has the answer. This is not a plea for help, it is simply a recognition of what i will do...

...i hope you will see me in the near future on your TV. But until then , i'll keep working towards the goal.

Thank you very much.

thank you... but the truth is, that's where the audience is.

Plus i've been writing music, and hope to get it recorded soon. All i need is a drum kit, and i'll have my band up and running...

...thanks for reading this by the way.

Good luck with your endeavors! I know about the emptiness you're mentioning regarding toiling for others. I, too, wonder if there is more to this "life" thing than this. We are both sitting upon mountains of potential and creativity. If only we could make our living doing that with which we enjoy:)

Although I would not personally say that Kaufman was one of my fave comedians, he was definitely successful at what he did. He provoked the audience; he elicited a response. THAT IS ART. Final analysis? He was a genius. PAS.

Reading thru your posts, as I hope you are reading through mine.:)
