Let me explain...
The Game itself is based upon real life and is set in a fictional state containing three large cities, a dozen small towns and a lot of countryside and desert. The three cities are named Los Santos (bases On Los Angeles), San Fierro (based on San Francisco) and Las Venturas (based on Las Vegas). The game is 100% free choice and the player had a lot of variety in order to keep him/herself entertained. However there is a storyline, where a character called Carl Johnson (C.J) returns to the hood he grew up in to find his mother murdered and gang warfare is much worse. He, as in YOU, work with your own gang and remaining family to help regain the streets back.
Anyway, during the story you are given the task of petrol bombing a rival gangs apartment block. However, upon doing so you trap an innocent woman on the top floor. So you must go and rescue her and bring her to safety. After you do this, she becomes your girlfriend and you have to swing by her house once every few days to take her out. Once you have done this a few times she will ask you in for coffee... and this is where it starts. Originally, all that happened was, the camera view stayed outside your girlfriends house while all you can hear are some muffled orgasmic groans. But now, due to someone finding a hidden code in the game, have turned it into a sub-game to pleasure your girlfriend. You have to consider things such as rythm and force and keep your eye on her pleasure metre, cos when it hit's top... it's all over.
I personally love the game and will never stop playing it, i'm not sure that this mod will make much difference to it's already huge popularity.
And the story of an 85 year old woman who is trying to sue Rockstar after she bought the game for her 14 year old grandson without realising the games content first just enrages me. The game does have an 18 rating for crying out loud (or rated M in USA, which i think is 17+). It just makes me angry when people think they can sue anyone for anything and get away with it.
Anyway... here's the story http://www.cnn.com/2005/TECH/fun.games/07/27/game.lawsuit.ap/index.html
